Terms & Conditions
Your use of this website to purchase goods is governed by these terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy. However, they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Placing An Order
You can make a purchase by browsing our website and adding products to the shopping basket. You then have the option to place your order online or over the phone on 01332 603492. All good must be paid for in full before they are despatched. If you place your order online you will be transferred to a secure payment page operated by Protx where you will be asked to enter your payment and delivery details. Your Billing Address is always the address your payment card is registered to NOT the delivery address; you will be asked to enter your delivery address separately so you can specify a different address at this point.
Once you have placed you order online, your bank will “reserve” the payment on your card until we authorise the payment at our end of the system. This will be done once your order has been processed and we have advised you of the expected delivery date. If there is likely to be a delay in delivery of your goods beyond that specified on the website against that item, we will contact you and advise the expected delivery time and rewquest you contact us to advise how you wish to proceed.
If we cannot fulfil your order within 28 days of ordering, we reserve the right to cancel your order. As we do not take payment until we can confirm your order, no money will have been taken. However, if you decide you would like to wait for an item to come in and place a reservation order, we will take payment to reserve the item ad then email you to advise the delivery date once it is back in stock. You can cancel your order at any time up to 5 working days before the due date without penalty. However, cancellation within 5 working days of the due date will incur charge of 50% of the value of the item.
Please note that if you have ordered a custom item, including but not restricted to: a custom rug, Dirt Trapper mat, cut to length runner or stair rods, full payment will be taken at the time of processing the order and the items are non-refundable. See returns policy for further details.
Online Payment Security
All of our online transactions are done via SagePay. SagePay is an independent secure payment system which ensures all orders placed via our website are placed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
When you enter your card details, billing address and security digits online, they are sent away from our website to SagePay. The system then encrypts your data so it cannot be seen by anyone viewing your order and prevents any personal information accidentally being revealed to anyone using the internet.
The system checks the validity of your card and your name, address and postcode as well as the amount available to spend. A message is then sent to you to advise whether your payment has been accepted for the next stage, the same message is sent to us to advise the status of your payment (authenticated/rejected). Once we have processed your order and your goods are ready to be despatched, we will then authorise the payment at which point your payment is taken from your card. Some of your details are stored securely on our website, such as your address and delivery details so you don’t have to enter these each time you want to buy something. However, you will need to enter your payment details each time you order online as this information is not kept on our website.
If you choose to order over the telephone, your payment is put through SagePay’s system manually by us. Again your details are encrypted and, once entered, we cannot see your card details apart from the last 4 digits nor your security digits. Your card number is held in our order system against your account details but, again, this is encrypted so only the last 4 digits are visible to us. We do not hold your security digits on file. If you place a further order via the telphone, you will always be asked for your security digits to process the payment.
Out Of Stock Items
We do our very best to ensure that the vast majority of our rugs are in stock, however occasionally we may be out of stock of a certain design or size. If this is the case we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date for your chosen rug as well as option to choose an alternative rug or to cancel your order. You may call our sales team on 01332 603492 if you would like to check to see if a certain rug is in stock before ordering.

We are unable to accept responsibility for or cover the return carriage costs should there be a variation in colour within our images or descriptions. You are welcome to call or e-mail our sales team before you make a purchase to get further information on the colour of a particular rug if you wish.
