In order to process you order, in addition to your order details, we require your e-mail address, your billing address and your contact telephone number.
In order to take payment, we require you to enter your payment card details and other personal details into a secure payment system, namely Protx. This information is then encrypted by the system so we cannot see your card details apart from the last 4 digits of the card number along with your personal details as given on your order.
In order to deliver your goods we require your delivery address and a contact telephone number.
If you choose not to use the secure internet ordering system and place your order via the telephone, all your details including your card details will be entered onto our accounts system which is password protected and is only accessible to authorised staff members.

By placing an order via our website or over the telephone you are accepting our terms and conditions and privacy policy and are agreeing to us using your information as set out in this policy.
In order to deliver your goods, we will disclose your name, address and contact telephone number to the delivery company, namely FedEx UK, or to the manufacturer of the goods if they are to be delivered directly from them, as in the case of stair rods, DirtTrapper and Wipe&Dry mats and occasionally for larger oversized rugs. You will be informed at the time of ordering how your goods will be delivered.
Rugs & Things Limited will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information without your permission except under special circumstances, for instance if we, in good faith, believe that the law requires disclosure.

In addition, that information may be used, stored and processed outside of the country where you entered the information.
