We aim to deliver the majority of our rugs within 3-5 working days but dependant on your postcode and the rug you are ordering, this may vary up to 10 working days or more. Stair rods and door threshold bars are usually delivered within 3-5 working days but some can take up to 3 weeks due to the finishing process of some of the colour options. The anti-slip underlay is custom cut at our premises and can be delivered within 3 working days if purchased separately. Where underlay is purchased with a rug, we will send the two items out together. Estimated delivery times are listed against each item for ease of reference and we will inform you by email, once we have processed your order, as acurate a delivery date as we possibly can. Usually you can change this delievry date within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation if it is not suitable for you. However, occasionally this may not be possible if the item is being sent directly from the manufacturer.
Mainland UK Delivery Charges

Scottish Highlands and UK Offshore Deliveries
These delivery charges will be automatically added to your order at the checkout dependant on your postcode. However, in some circumstances, if you have ordered a particularly large rug or a large number of items, we reserve the right to amend the delivery charge once the order has been assessed. We will inform you of any change before proceeding with the order. You are not obliged to accept the new delivery cost and have the option to cancel your order without penalty at this point.
Please note: Timed and Saturday deliveries are NOT available to the above destinations.
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland for a charge of £40.00. However, please note that, due to recent delivery costs increases by our carrier, due to the cost of fuel, we can now only deliver items of less then 10kg to Eire.
Delivery Times & Dates
Once we receive your order, we will process it and email you to let you know the date we expect to deliver to you. Wherever possible we will keep to the date advised but it is not a guaranteed delivery day at that point. For items that are despatched from our despatch office, once we have checked them to make sure they are not faulty, we will email you again to confirm the exact date of delivery. For items that are despatched direct from the manufacturer, we will give you a "window" of delivery which the manufacturer has agreed to, when we send you the receipt for your purchase, but we will not contact you again regarding your delivery after this.
Goods despatched from our office are delivered by FedEx UK and we will email you with a tracking number once we have booked your delivery so you can check the progress of your parcel online.
All orders are sent on standard delivery unless otherwise stated on your order.
Receipt of Goods
We will always let you know in advance when your goods are to be delivered so you can make sure that there is someone in to sign for them on arrival. However, if you cannot guarantee the driver will be able to obtain a signature at your delivery address, or we are only able to give you a delivery "window" of a couple of days, you can leave a note for the driver as to where the goods can be left - either with a specific immediate neighbour who will be in to sign for them or in a secure location on your property.
Please note that if you request the goods to be left without a signature, this will void your claim to a refund or replacement if the items are later discovered to be damaged.
Goods Received Damaged
When you sign for your delivery, please check your item(s) carefully. If they are damaged in any way, please write next to your signature “DAMAGED”. This is your proof that the goods arrived in that state. If you do not have time or are unable to check them for any reason on receipt, please mark next to your signature that the goods are “UNCHECKED”.
Failure to do this will void your claim for a replacement. We may ask you to email us photographic evidence if possible. We will then arrange for collection of the item at no charge and, once it has been assessed, we will replace it as soon as possible.
If you are having your goods delivered to an alternative address where someone other than you will be signing for delivery, please ensure they know to sign for damaged goods as above. Remember, if we have no proof from the delivery company that the goods arrived damaged, your claim for a replacement is void.
If delivery is attempted and you are not available to sign for the goods and you have not left instructions as to where the goods can be left, our couriers will leave a card and will automatically attempt re-delivery the next working day, unless you contact them to advise that you would like the re-delivery on a different weekday (Monday to Friday only). Should you miss two delivery attempts the couriers will hold your package at your local delivery depot for 5 days. You must contact the couriers within this period to re-arrange delivery. Failure to do this may result in your order being returned to us. Any goods which are returned under these circumstances will be subject to a £10 re-delivery charge which will be sent as a standard delivery (9am to 5.30pm). If you require a timed delivery, the relevant charges apply - on top of the £10 re-delivery charge - (see above for prices)
NB: We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
