These luxurious soft mats are 100% cotton and are machine washable at 30 degrees Celcius.

The back of the mat has been sprayed with a thin layer of latex rubber which is not visible but can help to stop the mat moving around on hard floors.

Due to the nature of the yarn, shedding will occur during the first few washes. This is NOT a fault. To help prevent the threads clogging your washing machine, it is recommended that the mats are washed inside a pillowcase, or similar, for the first couple of washes.

NB: During the production process of this item, loose threads from the production line can get caught in with the set during the packaging stage and appear as "fluff" accumulated on the mats. This can be eliminated by washing before the first use.
