We understand that our customers are our business and we are here to help in whatever way we can.
We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer care whilst giving you the best online shopping experience possible by providing a friendly, efficient service and ensuring you are kept informed at all times about your order.
The office is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm for all your queries or orders by telephone. There is a voice-mail service if you wish to leave a message outside the office hours or if we are on the line and unable to take your call immediately. Alternatively, you can email us via the Contact Form on our website and we will reply as soon as we can. We can access the emails outside of office hours so you may get an earlier reply to a query this way.
PLEASE NOTE: Our website is our showroom so we do not have a catalogue or premises for you to visit. Free samples can be obtained for Flotex, stair runners, Fiji rugs, Dirt Trapper door mats. We cannot supply samples of our rugs, runners or other items not listed above.
